WHY Govt portals (Bhu Bharati, IGRS) don't expose public REST endpoints. Landeed has one but it's paid/private. The GIS click method is the only free, legal, accurate route.

This tool is 100% self-contained HTML — no server, no backend, no API keys needed. Three ways to embed it on your webpage:

✅ Zero backend required. All dependencies load from public CDNs. Nominatim is free with a 1 req/sec limit — fine for normal usage. For high traffic, self-host a Nominatim instance.

Lookup District/Mandal (LIVE)

Enter coords → "Get Location Details" → Nominatim API returns district, mandal, village in real time.

Open Bhu Bharati GIS (Portal)

Click the green button → portal opens → select your district/mandal/village → click your parcel on the map.

Survey No. appears in popup

Verify on Know Land Status

Enter survey no. on Bhu Bharati → check owner, 22-A prohibited status, Bhudhaar ID.

Check EC on IGRS

Use the survey no. + village on registration.telangana.gov.in → get Encumbrance Certificate free.

2025–26 Bhu Bharati Key Facts
🟢 Launched Apr 14, 2025 — replaced Dharani. Under RoR Act 2025.
🟢 Drone Survey Complete — GPS-stamped cadastral map for all Telangana.
🟢 Bhudhaar (11-digit) — each parcel now has a unique land UID.
🟡 LPM mandatory Aug 2025 — new registrations need GPS sketch + LPM doc.
🟡 RoR corrections deadline — wrong entries must be corrected by Apr 13, 2026.
🔴 No public API yet — Bhu Bharati GIS is the only free coordinate-lookup method.
🔵 ISRO MOU active — Bhuvan TS layer shows survey boundaries at 95% accuracy.
